| Description | The RP2350B (SC1510-A4) is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from Raspberry Pi, designed for advanced embedded and IoT applications. It operates at up to 150 MHz and features dual Arm Cortex-M33 cores with floating-point and DSP support, as well as optional dual Hazard3 RISC-V cores selectable via software.
The device integrates 520 KB of on-chip SRAM and 8 KB of OTP memory for secure key storage. It does not include internal flash memory, instead supporting external QSPI flash or PSRAM for execute-in-place (XIP) operation. Compared to the RP2350A variant, the RP2350B provides expanded I/O capability with up to 48 GPIO pins and up to 8 ADC channels, making it suitable for more complex designs. It includes multiple communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, USB 1.1, PWM channels, and a programmable I/O (PIO) subsystem for flexible hardware interfacing with minimal CPU load. The RP2350B also features advanced security capabilities including Arm TrustZone, secure boot with OTP-based keys, SHA-256 hardware acceleration, and hardware protections against fault injection. It is widely used in industrial IoT, embedded control systems, robotics, and secure applications requiring high performance and extensive I/O capability. |
